Pricing
- All prices include VAT, excluding delivery.
- If VAT changes before dispatch and payment isn’t made, we’ll adjust your total.
- Payment is taken at dispatch. Overdue payments incur 2% interest above Bank of England base rate.

Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders placed before 4pm (GMT) are processed the same business day.
- Delivery options and charges (incl. VAT) are shown at checkout.
Delays & Cancellations
- We’ll notify you of any delays beyond our control.
- You can cancel for a full refund if delays are significant or we can’t fulfil the order.
Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return costs are your responsibility unless free returns were offered.
- Standard delivery charges refunded. Refunds processed within 14 days.
- Used or damaged products may result in reduced refunds.
Returns
- Products must match their description and be of acceptable quality.
- Report issues via our contact form or email: info@mirogstore.co.uk.
- Attach photos/videos where possible.
- If faulty, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label and notify you of updates.
Warranty
- 12-month warranty on faulty items not caused by misuse.
- Use the returns process to claim.
Your Legal Rights
- 30 days: Refund for faulty items.
- 6 months: Repair/replacement, or refund if unresolved.
- Up to 6 years: Partial refund if the item fails prematurely.
Use of Products
- Products are for home/home-office use only.
- Misuse or modifications void warranty and legal rights.
International & Customs
- Import duties/taxes may apply outside mainland UK.
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws and any related fees.
- Customs may inspect parcels.
Contract Termination
- We may cancel the contract if delivery cannot be completed in a reasonable time.
Liability
We’re only liable for:
- Foreseeable losses;
- Losses not caused by events beyond our control;
- Losses not avoidable by reasonable actions;
- Non-business-related losses.
We remain liable for:
Fraud, negligence causing death/injury, or rights under consumer law.
Children
- We do not sell to under-18s. A parent/guardian must purchase on their behalf.
Privacy
- Your data is handled per our Privacy Notice.
Complaints & Disputes
- Complaints: Write to our Managing Director at

Other Terms
- We may transfer our contract to another provider — this won’t affect your rights.
- This agreement is between you and Mirog ltd only.
- If any term is unlawful, the rest remain valid.
