Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel:

• Contact Customer Service (see “Returns Policy”),
• Or email us at info@mirogstore.co.uk
• Or post a cancellation notice to:
  67 High Street, Thornton Heath, London CR7 8RY

If the item has already been dispatched:

• Return it at your own cost (unless free returns were included).
• Use a tracked courier and keep proof of return.
• We’re not responsible for untracked or delayed returns.

Refunds:

• If not shipped: refund within 14 days of cancellation.
• If returned: refund within 14 days of receiving the item or proof of return.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
• Used or damaged items may result in a partial or no refund.

We follow UK consumer laws to ensure products meet standards.

If your item is faulty or damaged:

• Standard return window: 14 days from delivery.
• December orders: return window extended from 1st to 31st.

To return:

1. Describe the issue and request a refund or replacement.
2. Include a photo/video of the problem.
3. If approved, we’ll send a pre-paid return label.
4. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.
